Samhain, The Beginning of a New Cycle

Samhain, marks the onset of winter and the beginning of a new cycle. As nature descends into its quiet depths, we too embark on an internal journey into our own underworld, a personal death and rebirth akin to the leaves falling, nourishing new soil. This profound time invites us to engage in ancestral healing as seasonal energy turns inward.

In this stillness, both external and internal, we delve into our cellular memory, exploring the roots of our traumas and core wounds. Our pre-natal ancestry, our physical and spiritual DNA, known in TCM as pre-heaven Jing, becomes our focus. Grieving, letting go, and surrendering become essential for transmutation and transformation.

Celtic traditions depict Samhain as the Crone's cauldron, the cosmic womb from which all life, death, and rebirth spring. During this thinning of veils, we honor departed spirits and ancestors, embracing our responsibility for our karmic ancestral inheritance, a healing that reverberates through generations.
